Ad. nvidia-drivers - I try resolve my problem with last stable (173.14.09) and last unstable (177.80). My graphic card will be OK - i was bought my gf8600gt 4 days ago. Before I sync portage and update world all was OK. But I will install gentoo on another partition with older portage snapshot to check card. If this solve my problem portage's changelog will be contain answer...
Sorry - this problem was relate with hardware. I change video card and everything is OK. SOLVED.
