osiris has been broken for over a year now, time to remove.

A number of people have contacted me about saving osiris. I put 4.2.3 in the tree and removed the rest of the versions. YMMV, this thing compiles for me but I don't exactly know how to use it. More fixes may be needed. Lifting mask, osiris-4.2.3 is in ~ARCH for x86, amd64, and ppc. Good luck people.
