Hi , If it's possible to do I suggest to add a useful link that helps the user to choice which driver is the best for the machine configuration . I mean to add this http://kmuto.jp/debian/hcl/ and a reference to the command 'lspci -n' , in this way it's also possible to make a better configuration with the help of the command '/' in the 'menuconfig' utility . I hope you to make this change , especially for the newbie :) Bye .
It's not the best idea to link to a resource for another Linux distribution, especially one that ties itself to such a narrow range of kernels and architectures (only x86 from the look of it). I think the rest of the doc, including how we already tell users to use lspci, is fine the way it is. But thanks for the suggestions, anyway.
