I tried to install asterisk-addons on one of my servers last week and the compile failed until I set the mobile flag. It seems that even without requesting the mobile (bluetooth) drivers it still requires that net-wireless/bluez-libs because once I merged asterisk-addons with the USE flag I could re-merge it without. Unfortunately I don't have time at the moment to track down much more details.
