I just tried to ebuild again and this time it worked. I didn't change anything, just ran emerge again. Weird.
This is some weird problem with user settings. Not regenerated env (env-update) wrong profile usage (not used "su -" but "su"). Also sometimes help "rm -rf /var/tmp/portage/*" or rebooting the machine. We are aware of this problem and we have it reported here in bugzilla already. However we dont know how to fix it correctly so far. (for each reporting person help one of the above :])
