DHCP installation on the Handbook must be updated.

Replace "dhcpd" with "dhcp".

Nope, you typed it wrong in your terminal, yet you pasted the correct information from the handbook into this bug.

(Check how many versions there are)
$ eix dhcpcd

dhcpcd is the one you want to emerge; dhcp is different, and "dhcpc" and "dhcpd" are not valid packages; there are no such packages with those names.
