I've been using clucene for a few months with no problems. (To be precise, I've been using strigi, which uses clucene.) I'm afraid clucene doesn't currently have a maintainer, but I'll CC the strigi maintainers in case they're interested to pick this up...
Well we will have to in the end accept this package :P because clucene is basic strigi backend.... Also we should push the version to 0.9.21b and it maybe fix those wierd strigi failitures, there is also 23 release but it is marked as unstable. Mabye also worth of adding. Guys anyone ideas on this?
"Version bump. Removing old (quite few issues with kde4 here). Add myself as maintainer, also add kde-herd since we need this package for strigi." Closing for now as wontfix, open new bug when time comes for stabilizng 0.9.21b.
