Description Chuck Brewer 2003-07-12 22:38:28 UTC
armgetron 0.2.4 installing executable in /opt/armegetron, doesn't belong there,
exe installed by default into the datadir.also the ebuild says theres no install
for it,which has never been entirely true, install is new in 0.2.x, and previous
versions expect you to build bindist and install from there.new install is
basically just a wrapper for that.please leave /opt open for precompiled
packages, of which this is not.thanks.

just move /opt/armagetron/armagetron ${GAMES_LIBDIR}/${PN}/ for now and
update the wrapper script ...

in the future i'd suggest crawling the source code and patching it so that you can
sed in the directory values

The ArmageTRON binary is now located in /usr/games/lib/armagetron/
This is not enough reason for a reinstall, so there's no revision bump. You will have to
re-emerge 0.2.4-r1 for the change to take effect.
