I try to emerge dev-java/junit-4.5 and it fails. It seems that some files are missing. The problem lies within the packaging of the source. If you need to get junit merged, do it with the source useflag disabled. This merges fine.
Fixed in CVS. Thanks for reporting. I did not came across the problem as my java-utils-2.eclass is overriden by the one in java-experimental overlay, which silently creates empty src zip.
