We have 7.2.0-r1 in portage and since 20.10.2008 version 7.2.1 is actual stable. Reproducible: Always
Yes - I'm looking at that now. Unfortunately it's not a trivial bump in the ebuild since 7.2.1 has some additional Perl dependencies that are not part of either Portage or the SqueezeCenter package. Joe and I have a strategy for that, but it'll take me a couple of days to put it together. All being well, watch for an unstable package in a small number of days.
The only nontrivial change was the CPAN AutoXS::Header dependency. After installing it via the CPAN shell I used a modified ebuild and updated filepaths patch to install 7.2.1 without any problems. I don't have a firm understanding of perl dependencies in ebuilds, but it seems as though it shouldn't be a terrible problem.
I've a candidate 7.2.1 ebuild with Joe to review now.
OK, 7.2.1 is checked in, and should be on the mirrors soon.
Thanks for such fast raction.
