In attachment, you can find an ebuild for BBGallery 1.2.0 (in app-misc). The
homepage of the project is at <http://bbgallery.sourceforge.net/>.

- The source will now be downloaded from a SourceForge mirror
- Templates will be installed
- Added dependencie: dev-perl/HTML-Template

Hi,

Thanks for the updated ebuild.  I've tested it, and unfortunately it doesn't
seem to work.  Could you take a look at the errors I've had, and tell me
where I went wrong?

I would like to point out that bbgallery-1.2.0.ebuild is already on portage
as a result of bug 30885.  Bug 7325 might also be of interest.  Also, the
1.2.0 ebuild currently on portage does not have dev-perl/HTML-Template as
a dependency so perhaps that should be modified.

as he did the update, to resolve this issue.

About the error that Stu reported:

I can reproduce it. However, executing bbgallery without any arguments works
without any problems. I don't know whether this error message is caused by
a problem with the ebuild or a bug in bbgallery itself. I tried to make sense
of the Perl code, but I didn't succeed...

Maybe I should contact bbgallery's author, but I'm afraid I don't have time
to get into it now. Good luck to Hillster, I'd say... ;-)

Diff between portage ebuild and bug report ebuild for reference

The two ebuilds should be merged taking certain aspects of both.  The extra
dependency should be added from this bug and the keywords and src_uri from
portage ebuild should be maintained too.  The rest I leave upto the assignee.

im overly swamped at work atm, so if this isnt P1 and you can wait ill do
it otherwise, ill throw it back at bug-wranglers or web-apps @ .g.o,

It can wait I guess - but as you committed the ebuild, you own the bugs :)
 If you need the web-apps herd to support packages you commit, please talk
to us first before committing packages :)

Can you try and reproduce the bug I found when testing this package?  The
command-line used is reproduced in my error capture.
