Description Someone Else Who Won't Be Here 2008-10-22 03:37:08 UTC
files are extracted to /var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/mkl-10.0.5.025/work/l_mkl_p_10.0.5.025 but ebuild looks in /var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/mkl-10.0.5.025/work/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get mkl serial from intel
2. emerge =mkl-10.0.5.025

Actual Results:
 * Extracting ...

 * Could not find extracted files
 * See /var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/mkl-10.0.5.025/work/l_mkl_p_10.0.5.025/install/log.txt to see why
 *

Hi,

It works fine here. Could you:
1) check your license
2) post /var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/mkl-10.0.5.025/work/l_mkl_p_10.0.5.025/install/log.txt

Thanks.

I have a same problem with sci-libs/mkl-10.1.0.015
Comment 3 Hao Xiong 2009-02-05 19:04:23 UTC
I can report that this bug hits on one machine that was installed some time ago but not a relatively recently installed machine.
Comment 4 Hao Xiong 2009-02-16 06:40:31 UTC
I found out that my license expired and that caused the build error. Getting a fresh license results in a working build.

I ran into this too. Strange error, especially because the license works fine if the product is already installed.
