dev-perl/version-0.73 is marked as stable for amd64 but this version is no longer available and portage can't pull the source.

Please mark dev-perl/version-0.76 as stable for amd64. Oldest yet available in CPAN is 0.74

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to emerge dev-perl/version on amd64.

It should be available on every gentoo mirror. Use them.


Nonetheless =dev-perl/version-0.76 has been in the tree for a long time.
Please stabilize it.
