After i click add and try add new bug report mantisbt show me: APPLICATION ERROR #2800

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to account at mantisbt
2. click Report Issue
3. write new bug
4. Submit Report


Actual Results:  
After click Submit Report i got: APPLICATION ERROR #2800
I downgrade to mantisbt-1.1.2-r1 and working with no problem

Expected Results:  
Working with no problem like version  mantisbt-1.1.2-r1

Upstream probably has already fixed this, will be released with 1.1.4:

Also their next bug (9692) is about a similar error but during reseting passwords instead of reporting new bugs.

However, does this mean that 1.1.3 is broken altogether and should be avoided?

I know but in Gentoo portage is wrong (not working) version.

Thank you for report, guys. But I believe I've already fixed this bug in mantisbt-1.1.3-r1. Please test, and reopen this bug if that's not the case.
