Bug 24197 – pvm-3.4.4-r1.ebuild (Upgrade)

I rewrote the pvm ebuild, it now installs into /usr/local/pvm3 rather than /opt/pvm3 
and it installs man pages and documentation properly. 
 
I also wrote a little patch so that it compiles without warnings on gentoo systems.

- the patch is missing on the distfile-mirrors (ibiblio and one german mirror
  tested).
- the patch is also not listed in SRC_URI and won't be downloaded.
- SRC_URI is missing the protocol (it's autodetected in some magic way) but
  maybe prepending "ftp://" is a more robust solution.

the patch is not on the mirrors, it's in portage (in /usr/portage/sys-cluster/pvm/files)
due to this fact it has not to be listed in SRC_URI and doesn't need to be downloaded as it's already on your system.

I added ftp:// to the src_uri.
