When I tried to add new widgets (or plasmoids), clicked de get new widgets:
if I select from the internet i can't select de source and it's empty,
if I select from file and I manage to select a file and clic finish nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to add widgets menu
2. Clic get new widgets
3. Try to add some

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
A new widget on the list to add.

Know and expected to work this way.
We have plasmoids ebuild in kde-testing overlay and it will introduce pack of plasmoids for users.

Hope i explained it correctly. Reopen if you have some more wquestion or poke us on #gentoo-kde.

I can't IIRC (FW) but I like to know the reason why I - as a normal user - can't install plasmaoids into my ~/.kde4.1/share/apps/plasma/plasmoids (I'm using portage KDE-4.1.2 currently). Why have I go to install plasmaoids systemwide as root via ebuilds?

Can you direct me to any documents?
