After updating to the latest versions of kdelibs and startkde (kdeprefix set), Konqueror fails to start because a KDE 3 version of some style sheet:

Re-installing it did not help.

Update your kdelibs:3.5 to kdelibs-3.5.10-r1 and restart/env-update.
Close if it resolve issue.

I updated to ~kdebase-meta-3.5.10 and it works again. Thanks :-)
