timezonedb 2008.7 is available at <http://pecl.php.net/package/timezonedb/2008.7>.

There is a DST change happening in main Brazil timezone at 19/out/2008. php needs this pecl package to be aware of it.

Just renaming the 2008.1 ebuild worked fine.

2008.8 is already in portage
