I'm using Kopete 0.60.2 from KDE 4.1.2 in official Portage, and though I do have the OTR plugin enabled in Kopete and it works for encrypting chats, I have no menu items on the "OTR Encryption" submenu in the Tools menu of a chat window.  Thus I cannot restart or end OTR sessions, which can render me unable to communicate with someone when OTR gets into the state where I think I'm in an encrypted chat but the other person has ended the encrypted session.  At that point, I'm supposed to end the encrypted session or restart it, but I can do neither action without the missing menu items.

This looks to me as upstream bug.

Would you please open bug in kde.org bugzilla and atatch link to that bug here. When they solve this issue please reopen this bug so we can apply theirs patch.

If you disagree reopen and so on... :]
