media-gfx/gimp-2.6.0 has:
SRC_URI="mirror://gimp/v2.4/${P}.tar.bz2"

Where it should be:
SRC_URI="mirror://gimp/v2.6/${P}.tar.bz2"

All the mirrors place the 2.6.0 release in the v2.6 directory (see ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v2.6/ for the official mirror).

Yeah, it's a bug. Currently you need to manually download sources, or just wait till it will appear on gentoo mirrors.
