Webmin Gentoo module for PostgreSQL shows /var/lib/postgresql/pg_hda.conf as the
$PGDATA/pg_hda.conf location for the directory("Path to host access config
file", that is, pg_hba.conf. This caused an error message on the Webmin page.

Changed this entry to: "/var/lib/postgresql/data/pg_hba.conf"

Was able to access and start PostgreSQL then.
