Hi, postgresql 8.3.4 is available, please put a new version in the tree.
It contains a lot of important fixes:

dev-db/postgresql-base-8.3.4, dev-db/postgresql-docs-8.3.4 and dev-db/postgresql-server-8.3.4 are all in the tree. So if you want 8.3.4 you could migrate from the "old" dev-db/postgresql and dev-db/libpq ebuild.
