Attached is the Crypt-OpenSSL-Random-0.03.ebuild file. 
Crypt-OpenSSL-Random is the Crypt::OpenSSL::Random module for perl. 
As the author of the module stats it is used to access "the OpenSSL pseudo-random number generator" 
I suggest this goes under dev-perl/Crypt-OpenSSL-Random to stay consistent with other modules 
available for perl. This ebuild depends on OpenSSL and of course Perl.
