Emerging kdebase-5 the startkde patch failed to apply. Following is the log.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kdebase


Actual Results:  
kdebase built, but the patch failed.

Expected Results:  
Patch not to fail.

Fixed with July's kde-cvs package.

we cant do too much on the cvs version of anything, they may or may not work, now working as 
per user report
