I have two problems to change my mail address in prefs in Gentoo Bugzilla :

1. Free is a popular I.S.P. in France and many mails from Gentoo mail server are rejected due to too many errors (see also http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=238161#c2).

2. I have try several times to change my email address and I have received a "Bugzilla Change Email Address Request". But, if I click in the 3 days on the link https://bugs.gentoo.org/token.cgi?t=EawS2Hatbh&a=cfmem, I have the following message : "The token you submitted does not exist, has expired, or has been cancelled."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
FIRST PROBLEM :
1. Go on the URL http://postmaster.free.fr/index_en.html and fill the "adress IP" field with the IP address of the Gentoo mail server : 140.211.166.183

SECOND PROBLEM :
1. Change your mail address on bugzilla and click on the first link of the mail you will received on the mailbox of your new address email.

Actual Results:  
FIRST PROBLEM :
Is my IP blocked ? => The IP address 140.211.166.183 sent too many errors, your server is temporaly blacklisted for 79197 seconds.

SECOND PROBLEM :
Token Does Not Exist
The token you submitted does not exist, has expired, or has been cancelled. 

Expected Results:  
FIRST PROBLEM :
- Receive 100% of mails from Gentoo mail server on my free.fr mail address.

SECOND PROBLEM :
- Confirmation of my email address change.

421 Too many errors from your IP
Reason

Your IP address is not blocked, but we do not accept anymore emails from you temporarily due to too much errors generated by your server. If your server continue to generate a big amount of errors, you will be blacklisted for a while and get the "550 Too many errors from your IP" error.
Solution

    *
      If you host your own SMTP server : while waiting this delay, we recommend you to verify your configuration (maybe you are an open relay ?). If you are using the “Sender Verify” method which make a connection to our servers to verify the validity of an email, we recommend you to disable it. Your server may also send automatic notices (undeliverable mails, autoreplies; etc.) when receiving spams. In this case, you should try to refuse a mail delivery the soonest possible (while receiving it) to avoid to have to deliver a delivery status notification and/or not to send an automatic reply on mails detected as spams.

Yeah, since I emailed the postmaster@free.fr, his responses have only gotten more brusque. The source of the problem is that he hates Sender Verification (and blocks mail servers that use it, like ours), but we absolutely rely on it to keep the amount of spam down - there are too many spammers forging from addresses.

This puts me between a rock and a hard place - block all @free.fr mails that aren't going to the mailing lists, or allow lots more incoming spam or take some route that increases the load on our mail servers and defeats his rate-limiting of SAV.

Also, Including the token URL was a really bad idea. I've removed it now, but you should consider your Bugzilla account compromised until you change the password and make sure that nobody else gets the token.

Change to some other email service, since despite the Linux-friendly policy of free.fr, they seem to be stuck-in-the-muds about reasonable solutions to reduce spam for everybody.

There's a discussion going on the gentoo-core list right now that I'm leading, considering just blocking @free.fr because of this problem.

Also, the tokens are only valid for a limited time, you need to receive them promptly and use them.
