commoncpp2-1.0.12 can be downloaded from
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/commonc++/commoncpp2-1.0.12.tar.gz

The 1.0.9 ebuild works for me without modification, though there is a --with-ftp
configure flag which seems reasonable to enable.

Maybe I'm the only one that uses this library, but it is extremely nifty for C++
programmers, and I just want to do my part to push it.
