media-video/linux-uvc package is a driver for several webcams. If you install it in order to use your camera you need to be in video group but nobody informs you about this. I suggest to put an "ewarn" at pkg_postinst() function to inform user that he should add himself to video group if he wants to use his webcam

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge media-video/linuxuvc
2.try to use the webcam

Actual Results:  
Webcam doesnt work

Expected Results:  
Be able to see the image from the webcam
