RPI is doing some network restructuring tomorrow, July 4th, so I'm told I should
expect network downtime from 7:30am to 8:15am (EST).

This is rsync18.us.gentoo.org/128.213.5.35/acm.cs.rpi.edu.  I recommend taking
it out of rotation for at least that duration.  I'll try to keep you posted, but
hopefully this will be quick and easy.
