No, I have not left previously downloaded files :) I have posted complete log - with wget string. This error is shown for some days now (about a week). Now it is the same error. Seems either original file was changed or manifest was created with wrong file. As I downloaded file from the master source, it should be correct.
I can't reproduce your results either. Please tell us which rsync mirror you use.

in fact, it seems upstream messed up and re-released the 2.0.13 tarball replacing 2.0.13 reference by 2.0.12. That's the only change I see so I'm not really happy about changing it but if you can tell upstream what they did and that they can get back the "good" tarball from our mirrors, please go ahead.
