Submitting ebuild and digest for zuul.  zuul is a php front-end for mldonkey.

Need to add some logic to preserve existing config file.  Don't want to overwrite it everytime and drive the user nuts having to reconfigure.

Nevermind I just changed zuul to have a .sample default config filename so it won't overwrite existing configurations.

This should be good to go as-is.
