sys-apps/net-tools-1.60_p20071202044231-r1 fails to build with errors resulting from a missing linux/if_infiniband.h header file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --ask --verbose --oneshot net-tools
Actual Results:

infiniband should be disabled automatically for older kernel headers
