Looks like a standard gcc 4.3.1 problem. Strange, it did not get caught earlier, after all it seems that in the last year there were no releases of scim-tomoe.
That was of course: ..."a standard gcc 4.3 problem" Add this bug to the tracker.
Looks like a gcc 4.3 strict headers issue.
