add --enable-sse to to econf call in speex's ebuild if `use sse`

i have added sse support and oggvorbis.  please test.

tested, but $myconf is not used by econf...

testing w/ s/econf/econf $myconf/ works as expected.

oops... adding the fix as soon as the cvs tree is unlocked again.
