Please test and mark stable media-sound/streamripper-1.63.5

This version works perfectly for me on AMD64 and has lots of bugs fixed comparing to earlier versions.

streamripper-1.63.5 has a very bad bug and will use a whole cpu core after some time wasting power and possibly damaging the cpu. I usually record ~20 stations at once and after some minutes the first streamtuner process goes crazy. After killing the respictive process the next one will go crazy a few minutes later ( ~15 minutes ). I just verfied that this does not happen with 1.62.2. 

Please tell me if I should open an extra bug for this. Maybe this bug will be gone with 1.64 ( beta 2 has just been released ).

I forgot to mention that I am on amd64 - which doesnt mean its limited to this arch, maybe someone lese can check for app

I wrote an ebuild for streamripper-1.64.0-beta-1 which I am testing right now. As it seems that version works better than 1.62 and 1.63 and does not seem to be affected by the bug I mentioned above.

Can't stabilize this version, see bug 249039.
