games-board/knights-0.6 build fails.  Error message is ..../i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lartskde.  I have kde-base/arts-3.5.10 installed.  This problem happened after update to arts-3.5.10.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update to kde-base/arts-3.5.10
2.Emerge games-board/knights-0.6
3.Watch emerge fail

Actual Results:  
../i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lartskde
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

seems like a bug in kdelibs-3.5.10.  It seems to pass --without-arts to configure, even with USE=arts.
