Description ta2002 2008-09-17 14:27:20 UTC
After emerge --sync, emerge -Dpuv asks to downgrade.

The removal of this version looks like an error from my perspective (it has a patch added to the prior version), but what do I know?

"old/broken" is what the commit message says.

That's what it says alright, but it was the stable version from Jun 2008 and after the removal the latest stable version is 9.0-r6 from Sep 2007.

Mostly this looks like an error because there is no corresponding mention in the package ChangeLog, just a minor change to rpm2targz-9.0.0.3g.

vapier, was this a mistake or on purpose? I generally don't doubt other devs but Comment #2 is indeed a compelling argument.

meant to punt -r6, not -r7
