as the developers say:
"it's the same game as before but it has been compressed with the latest version of the ScummVM tools to fix two bugs."

"ScummVM 0.12.0 already has a workaround for the latter problem, so you may not even notice the difference."

No reason to make people install it again when simply upgrading scummvm will fix it as well.
