I am interested in becoming a mirror.

Hey Nick,

Thanks for wanting to help Gentoo with a mirror.

We have two types of mirrors :

1) gentoo-portage or rsync mirrors and
2) Distfiles or source mirrors (http/ftp/rsync) 

More details on what you need to become a mirror :

You can re-open this bug with details of the mirror when you've set it up.

I would like to be a portage mirror.  The IP of the server is 96.253.60.3

The server has been setup since yesterday and is setup to update every 30 minutes as instructed in the documentation.

Can we have some more details? Where this mirror is located? Hardware specs, Bandwidth? How many concurrent users do you plan to support?
