The media-libs/allegromp3 ebuild depends on media-sound/mpg123-0.59r, which
isn't available. I suggest to change it to something like >=media-sound/mpg123-0.59.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -p allegromp3
2. watch output
Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies \
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy
"media-sound/mpg123-0.59r".
 
!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.

Expected Results:  
It should've installed the allegromp3 ebuild.
