The Title is always: "Gentoo Linux Documentation -- <page Title>" If one has a few tabs open it is really really unhandy to keep track of with tab contains what. I therefore suggest to switch "<page Title>" and "Gentoo Linux Documentation". This is the same as Google has it on its web pages e.g. when I search for "Gentoo" on the result page the title is : "Gentoo - Google Search" not "Google Search - Gentoo". I belive fixing this is very easy since ist just a simple switch in the php scripts that generates the header tags, but it would greatly improve the browsing experience on gentoo.org To fix this Reproducible: Always
FYI, we don't use PHP. I'm not sure why you assumed we do. Our site is only XML/XSL that gets converted to HTML. No PHP necessary. Anyway. Fixed in CVS, thanks to jkt for the nice patch to make it happen.
