This is in response to the following KDE bug report:

I have installed KDE 4.1 via the KDE SVN overlay but began having this problem so I added the patch to qt-gui and patched it's ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install KDE 4.1 via kdesvn overlay and qt 4.4.1 at the same time.

This bug fixed on kde-4.1.1.
In kdesvn-portage overlay this bug fixed in kde-base/plasma-workspace-4.1.0-r1 about 2 week ago

This issue was fixed on kdebase-workspace-4.1.1.
