Hi, 

I created a new full source server located in Cologne Germany and connected via 2*1GBit. 
Its available via: http://mirror.netcologne.de/gentoo ; ftp://mirror.netcologne.de/germany and rsync://mirror.netcologne.de/gentoo 

Its updated 4 times a day. It would be nice if we could get listed.

Thanks for wanting to help Gentoo out with a mirror. Please read the following documentation about source mirrors :

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/source_mirrors.xml

You'll have to make sure your mirror syncs every 4 hours as mentioned in the above document.

I'm adding the mirror to our test system and will keep you posted on progress.

What would you like the mirror to be listed as on our page? Also, how many concurrent users do you plan to support?

Listing on the website would be nice. We should be able to support a few hundred users simultaneously, but that depends from what is asked how. I guess we will be out of I/O before we are out of bandwidth :).
