robbat, jokey, ferdy: feel free to send this over to maintainer-wanted if you're not interested; I was just guessing somebody maintaining other git tools could be interested (from what I've read on LWN easygit does have a decent following).

Stian, thanks for the ebuild submission. If no devs wants to adopt this package right now, think about submitting it to sunrise

Ebuild added to CVS; only a minor fix is added and I put a local versioned copy onto mirrors as upstream seems to consider versioned files a bad thing.
