net-mail/maildrop-1.5.2 misdetects db4 looking for db_env_create, while it
should look for db_env_create_4000 and db_env_create_4001 too, or include db.h
in the check.

I removed the optional dependency on berkdb for now. Patching this is as hard as courier, and really nontrivial.
