As the title says: The dependency on libgnomeprint[ui] in inkscape is unnecessary, recent versions use gtkprint from gtk-2.10. The use-flag-check on gnome-print is not necessary anymore as a result (it's not used anyway)

Builds and runs fine without both libraries here. Also Ubuntu and Fedora don't depend on it anymore.

thanks for the report, fixed in media-gfx/inkscape-0.46-r5 (which will go stable, soon).
