I made some changes to your translation which are:
1) Removed last chapter. Though it gives some nice information it is not detailed/clear enough. Vi will work with russian 'out-of-the-box' anyway and these notes can just confuse some readers. However, this is extremmely interesting topic and if you could ellaborate on it a little bit (give some more details/explanation, descrive fileencoding/encoding and so on) it could well be included into Localization Guide, or even be a separate doc on www.gentoo.ru

2) I replaced the screens showing GVim in Windows with the ones showing GVim in Gnome. Let's avoid win-screens here ;)

3) Some minor fixes/typos.
