(In reply to comment #2) Sorry, attached the proper file. I've looked info #230563 before opening this one, the designer seems to abort in another place this time.
I had the same problem until I removed /usr/lib/qt4/plugins/designer/libqscintillaplugin.so remerging qscintilla also solves it. It seems fairly duplicate of #230563.
