This is kind of weird, now it also emerges dev-perl/DBI for me, but the time the bug occured, this was when I did an 'emerge -Davu world', the dependency was not pulled, so I assumed it has not been defined. Anyway, what may have caused this behavior?

I close your bug as invalid. Reopen, only if you have a serious reason.
