This is a request for stabilization of the core gDesklets program, currently at
version 0.36-r1.  Added on 20 Apr 2008 and last touched on 30 May 2008 to generate .py[co] files at pkg_postinst time.

I am running an amd64 system, but I don't think I can stabilize this on my own.
