Updated to portage 1.9.5 functions, added comentary and notes to better describe
how emerge actually works.  Also now included more newbie oriented information,
and clarified language.

This was actually written by carpaski@twobit.net he is having difficulties
getting a bugs.gentoo.org password so I submitted it.

There is a text version at http://gentoo.twobit.net/man1/emerge.1.txt

Did a bit of tidying up, added in some important files (like
/usr/portage/profile/use.desc), added more descriptive examples, and a couple of
notes (one being about gentoolkit).
